Abandoned and Shivering: The Poor Hairless Dog Faces the Cold Alone

Abandonment, the poor dog’s hairless body shivered in the cold weather

This puppy has a very cute name Princess but she is not as beautiful as her name, Princess has a strange disease that makes her body hairless. People found this poor dog on the street in an exhausted state.

Poor puppy Princess.

While other dogs can freely play in the snow, Princess can only stay indoors and dare not go anywhere. She has no fur, her skin is too thin and cannot keep her warm. We all know that fur plays a very important role for animals like dogs, the thicker the fur, the warmer their bodies are. Therefore, for Princess , having no fur is extremely bad.

It doesn’t have a single hair on its body.

“He was the most miserable dog we had ever seen,” said Dr Neil Martin . “We all loved him and he had recently started to like being petted. He didn’t play and we tried to get him to play with toys but he was scared.”

The staff at the animal care center loved Princess very much.

Princess is only 6 months old and is probably a bulldog-terrier mix. She was found in Colne, Lancashire, England and was probably abused and abandoned by her owner. Perhaps her owner didn’t want her anymore because she was so ugly.

Princess is also very lovely.

Dr. Neil Martin said that doctors are trying to transplant hair for Princess, the cost of this hair transplant is very expensive, from 18 to 20 USD per day. The animal protection center is calling for the help of animal lovers in general and dog lovers in particular around the world to help and support Princess . Dr. Neil added: “The dog we treated last time is now very healthy and happy.”
