It seems dogs really are man’s best friend as Hinckley wanted to be a part of everything Theodore did. Whitney explained how Hinckley initially thought Theodore was brought home as a new toy just for him, considering he had been the center of their world for a year. In the first few nights, Hinckley would keep a close eye on Theodore while he slept, observing his every move in amazement. As time went on, Hinckley realized Theodore wasn’t going anywhere, and he became obsessed with being around him and participating in his activities. Teddy and Hinckley now enjoy snuggling together on the couch or floor, especially during tummy time.

Whitney mentioned that it took Hinckley a couple of days to understand that Theodore wasn’t planning on leaving. In the photo, you can see Baby Theodore and Hinckley together.
